Terms of Use

1. These Terms of Use, or “ToU” for short, describe the terms on which the owner of the present website, “Philmed” for short, offers you free access to Philmed. The access to Philmed is conditioned on your agreement to all 9 terms contained in the ToU.
2. By using Philmed, you affirm that you agree to and accept the ToU. If you don’t accept the ToU, you are not allowed to access or use Philmed.
3. When writing any contribution on any page of Philmed or its accessories, you are obliged not to post political propaganda, racist or sexist statements, commercial advertisements or any abusive, vulgar, slanderous, offending, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, or any other material that may violate any laws, be it of your own country, the country where Philmed is hosted, or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
4. The user is not allowed to infringe the intellectual property of third parties.
5. Additional terms of use pertaining to the Philmed Online Encyclopedia and Forum supplement the above conditions.
6. Philmed is a Germany-based website. Users from other locations than Germany are responsible for compliance with their local telecommunication laws.
7. The user is solely liable for all consequences of the breach of this agreement. Philmed is not responsible or liable for the conduct of the user.
8. The applicable law for any dispute between the user and Philmed is the German law with the venue being the city Tecklenburg, Germany 49545.
9. All aspects of Philmed, including the ToU, are subject to change.
